The pyrogen test involves measuring the rise in temperature of rabbits following the intravenous injection of a test solution and determine products that can be tolerated by the test rabbit in a dose injected. ZRY–2D Pyrogen Tester inspect the change of rabbit temperature automatically, applied in pyrogen inspection for pharmaceutical and biological products with researching pharmacology of febrifuge.
